2. FIRST SCREEN
After carefully reviewing your application, we will invite you to an initial meeting with our HR manager. This interview should give you a first impression of us and answer your questions. At the same time, we look forward to getting to know you better.
3. SKILL-CHECK
We are convinced that our skills check is the best way to give you a realistic impression of your future tasks with us and to show off your skills.
After reviewing your skills check, you will get to know your team lead and discuss the vacancy and other open points in detail.
4TH CULTURE FIT
