What is Keleya?

Keleya targets expectant mothers who seek individualized support in the matters of fitness and nutrition.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to create an account and use the Keleya services. To use the Keleya app, you should be in a good general condition and should also check with your doctor in advance. If you have pre-existing conditions, please seek medical advice before using Keleya. Keleya is not suitable for women with high-risk pregnancies. More information can be found in the terms and conditions

How can I download the app?
The Keleya App is currently available on Apple iOS and Android platforms. To download the app to your Apple device, visit the Apple App Store and search for “Keleya”. If you are using an Android device, please check the Google Play Store for “Keleya”. If you have problems downloading, you can contact us at info@keleya.de.

What payment methods can I use to buy my subscription?
You can pay for the Keleya subscription on PlayStore using the following payment methods: credit or debit cards, direct billing through your wireless service provider, PayPal, Google Play credit, and Google Play gift cards. If you’ve downloaded the Keleya app from the Apple App Store, you can pay by credit or debit card, store credit by redeeming iTunes or Apple Music gift cards, Paypal, and billing through your mobile service provider.
What requirements are there for my mobile device in order to use the app?
Currently, the Keleya app can be used on Apple iOS or Android devices. For best performance of the app we recommend iOS devices starting from version 9.x and Android devices running at 4.4 (KitKat) or higher.

What features can I use without purchasing a subscription?
You get one complete exercise and nutrition plan for your current week of pregnancy which you can access for an unlimited time. In addition, the pregnancy and magazine content will be available for you every week of your pregnancy and the statistics section are available for the exercises you have completed.

Can I watch the videos and recipes without an internet connection?
You can access the recipes without an internet connection, but, unfortunately, for the Move videos you need a working internet connection.

How intense are the exercises? What kind of exercises can I expect?
The intensity of the exercises is constantly adjusted based on your pregnancy week and how you rate your current fitness level. You have the choice between yoga and pilates workouts.

Can I repeat a completed exercise again?
To do an exercise again, you can just click on it again.

Who compiled the videos and the program?
The Move videos and exercises have been compiled by our expert team of yoga and pilates instructors, midwives, and physiotherapists.

I have no experience with yoga. Are the exercises suitable for me?
The pilates and yoga exercises are also suitable for beginners. In addition, the exercises are explained in detail throughout the videos, so that expectant mothers without experience have no problem following along.

The exercises that are suggested to you will be tailored to your individual needs, based on the feedback you give us.

Can I filter the recipes in my library?
Currently you can search for recipes directly and mark your favorites. Unfortunately, a filter is not yet available.

Who put the recipes together? Are they specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant women?
All recipes are based on the recommendations of scientific societies (DGE & WHO) for a balanced diet and have been compiled by our qualified nutrition experts. The recipes take into account the increased need for vitamins, minerals and trace elements of pregnant women. Thus, the recipes have high nutritional value (DGE). In addition, Keleya offers you a list of recipes that specifically relieve frequent pregnancy symptoms.

Can I exchange individual recipes from my weekly schedule?
Individual recipes can not be exchanged at the moment. Your feedback will allow us to better tailor your weekly schedule to your desires and better understand your needs.

Can I filter the recipes in my library?
Einzelne Rezepte können zurzeit nicht ausgetauscht werden. Durch dein Feedback können wir deinen individuellen Wochenplan besser anpassen und deine Bedürfnisse besser miteinbeziehen.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly in the PlayStore or the App Store.

How can I delete my Keleya account?
To permanently delete your Keleya account, please delete your Keleya app and send us an email to info@keleya.de to remove your user data.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can either write an email to info@keleya.de with your request or you can click on the link at the end of each newsletter.

How do I contact your customer service?
There are two ways to get in contact with us. Either you send us an email to info@keleya.de or you write us a letter and send it to the Keleya Digital-Health Solutions UG c/o A. Leuchte, Volksdorfer Straße 25, D-22081 Hamburg (Germany).

How can I download the latest version of the Keleya App?
If your Keleya app is running on an iOS device, please visit the App Store to update your Keleya app, click “Updates” in the lower right corner and select Keleya to update.

To update your Keleya App in the Play Store, please click on “Settings” and choose “My Apps & Games”. Please select the Keleya app to update.

How can I update my profile settings?
To change your settings, just go to your profile and select “System Preferences”. Once you’ve updated your profile, please make sure you’ve saved your changes.

How can I change my password?
To change your password you can log out and then select the “Forgot Password” option.

To change your email address, you can contact us via the contact form or send us an email at info@keleya.de.

How can I change my email address?
You can set your preferred payment method directly on the PlayStore or in the Apple App Store.

How can I change my payment method?
Can I use my account with all Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)?
Currently, only the use on your iPhone is possible.
