Does Keleya offer customer service and how can I reach it?

To make sure that we are personally available for you, we operate a first-class customer service.

Can I filter my saved recipe library for special recipes?

You can search your favorite recipes in the tab „Feed“ – „Favorites“ – „Recipes“.

The last favorite recipe is always at the top of the list.


This function is only available for premium users!


You can also specify in our „Nutrition Filter“, what your preferred diet type is and indicate whether there are allergies to certain foods.

Only recipes that match your preferences will be displayed.

Can the list of saved recipes be edited in my favorites?

Your list of saved recipes can be edited by „Favoriting“ or „Defavorizing“. They will then be stored in your favorites under „Recipes“. To favorite or defavorize, press the small heart in the upper right corner of each recipe card.

Who compiles the recipes and are they especially adapted to the needs of pregnant women?

All recipes are based on the recommendations of the scientific societies (DGE & WHO) for a balanced diet and have been compiled by our qualified nutrition experts.


The recipes take into account the increased need for vitamins, minerals, and trace elements of pregnant women. Thus, the recipes have a high nutritional value (DGE).


In addition, Keleya offers you a list of recipes that specifically alleviate common pregnancy complaints.

Can I filter the recipes included in the app in my library?

You can search for recipes by setting the filter in the „Nutrition“ tab and filtering by nutrition type or allergens.


Additionally, you can favorite specific recipes. These will then be saved in your feed under „Favorites“, „Recipes“.


Based on your personal information (related to nutrient deficiencies or digestion issues) recipes are suggested to you that match your information.

I have no experience with yoga. Can I still use the provided exercises?

Pilates and yoga exercises are suitable for beginners.


The exercises are also explained in detail in the videos, so expectant mothers with no experience can easily follow along.


The exercises that are suggested to you are tailored to your pregnancy week and individual needs and pose no danger to your health.

Who compiles the videos and programs?

All of our workout videos have been put together by our expert team of yoga and pilates instructors, midwives, and physical therapists.

Can I repeat exercises I've already done?

There is no limit to the repetitions per workout. 

To repeat an exercise, you can simply click on it again and perform it.


Additionally, you can add exercises that you particularly liked to your favorites.


These will then be saved in the „Feed“ tab. In the feed, press the small heart icon at the top of the screen to call up your favorites.

How intense are Keleya's exercises? What kind of exercises can I expect?

You’ll always see three current workout options in the feed and the Workout Coach: short, medium, and long. This way, you can choose what you feel like doing each day. In addition, the selection is also influenced by your daily symptom tracker inputs to take into account your physical sensitivities.


The intensity of the exercises is constantly adjusted to your pregnancy week and your fitness level. 


Your fitness level (how athletic you consider yourself to be) and your desired workout goal (how often you want to exercise each week) can be adjusted in the app’s profile settings.


If you don’t find what you’re looking for in the 3 suggestions of the day, you can also search the entire Workout Library. With the workout filter, you can specify the category, duration, and difficulty/intensity and find yoga exercises, meditations, or more intense workouts to your liking.


I had a miscarriage, can I pause my subscription?

We are very sorry for what you are going through. The whole Keleya team wishes you and your family a lot of strength.

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to „pause“ your subscription at the moment, so we have to ask you to cancel your subscription directly with your contract partner Google or Apple, or to cancel it via email if you purchased it on our website.

If you would like to use our pregnancy app again at a later time, please contact us and we will activate all premium functions for you again free of charge.

Just send us an email at and we will take care of everything, and also unsubscribe you from the newsletter so you won’t receive any more messages from us.

How can I reset my account after a miscarriage?

Please email us at – we will delete your old account so you can re-register.


If you would like to continue using your existing account, you also have the option of re-assigning your delivery date in case you become pregnant again.


To do this, go to the app and in the „Health“ tab to the „Settings“ (small cogwheel at the top of the display) Tap here on „Birth date“ and assign a delivery date.
