Module 4

Lois Erhart – Midwife

Lois is a mom of two and a certified midwife, she assisted births in a in a natural setting since 2017.

During her work as a midwife she focuses on reproductive justice, sex positivity, and queer care. She is specialized in birth preparation, emotional first aid, Bereavement management, home births, homeopathy, kinesio taping and counseling for miscarriages.

“I completed my midwife training in Germany in a big Level 1 hospital and therefore have experience in every birthing environment. Birthing wards, c section rooms, birthing centers and homebirth. On top of that I’ve cared for mothers in special psychiatric wards and supported them with their babies postpartum. Which basically means that it can provide for all families and babies, even those in serious situations.”
