Safety notes for the use of keleya
The exercises are adapted to your fitness level, your pregnancy week and your needs.
- Always listen to your body.
- If an exercise does not feel good or you are in pain, do not carry on, but rather go to the next exercise or pause the workout.
- Please speak with your gynaecologist / midwife before using keleya.
- If you have a high-risk pregnancy, the keleya App’s Move program is not suitable for use, as defined by the Joint Federal Committee.
