Safety notes for the use of keleya

Your well-being is very important to us. That’s why we developed keleya together with prenatal experts, midwives and physiotherapists.
The exercises are adapted to your fitness level, your pregnancy week and your needs.

Please note the following nevertheless:
  • Always listen to your body.
  • If an exercise does not feel good or you are in pain, do not carry on, but rather go to the next exercise or pause the workout.
  • Please speak with your gynaecologist / midwife before using keleya.
  • If you have a high-risk pregnancy, the keleya App’s Move program is not suitable for use, as defined by the Joint Federal Committee.
